Solution 1: Change Boot Mode To UEFI
Where is the boot disk in a computer?
A bootable disk, bootable CD, or DVD is a mass storage device from which the computer can “boot” orand run. The standard boot drive should usually be the computer’s internal hard drive or solid state drive. This diskette contains the formats required by the operating system boot order, which is usually loaded at the end of the boot process.
Changing the boot mode to UEFI resolved similar issues, and users also claim that this exact difference has been fixed on their PC as well. There are quite a few differences between the other boot modes, and we will not go into details about them. Changing Boot Mode in UEFI won’t make any significant difference to your current user experience, so make sure the public gives it a try!
- Shut down the entire computer by clicking Start >> Power Button Menu >> Shut Down.
- Turn on the computer and confirm entering BIOS by pressing the BIOS button while the main device boots up. The BIOS key usually appears on the screen and says “Press ___ to enter setup” at startup. The usual tactics for assigning this function are F1, F2, Del, Esc, and F10. Keep in mind that you need to act faster because the answer will disappear in no time.
- The Boot Mode parameter you need to change is in the Unusual Contribution There are firmware BIOS tools reviewed by various manufacturers and there probably won’t be a clear way to find it. It is usually found under the Boot tab, but there are many stripes for the same option.
- If you select Boot Mode in BIOS setup, look at the screen and change the actual value to UEFI.
- Navigate to the output of the appropriate section and select Exit and Save Changes. This is done by checking the download to see if the error persists.
Note. Here are the different ways to name the option in your normal BIOS settings, and the hotfix you should choose:
- Legacy support (on / off or on / off)
- Boot Device Management
- Legacy CSM (enabled / disabled or enabled / disabled)
- Launch CSM (enable / disable or enable / disable)
- CSM (On / Off or Activated / Deactivated)
- UEFI / Legacy Boot (both / Legacy only / UEFI only)
- Boot mode (support for old versions / no support for old versions)

Solution 2: Remove The CMOS Battery To Reset Some Settings
This solution is very useful for users who tried to access BIOS following the above correspondence but were simply not ready for it. As Bill suggests, removing this battery will reset all BIOS boot patches and other patches to their production device defaults, which has helped a lot of casual users fix this annoying issue.
- Open your computer case and locate the CMOS battery on your computer’s motherboard. If you can’t find it, check your motherboard documentation and contact your computer manufacturer for help.
Note. On some computers, you may need to disconnect cables, remove discs, or other technological elements to access CMOS.
- If your computer uses a fully charged coin-cell battery, it is usually easy to remove. Using your fingers on the edge of the battery, pull it up and out of the slot that is holding it in place. Some motherboards have a clip that holds the battery somewhere, and you may need to plug it in to remove the wide array.
- Let it clear for ten minutes, then reinsert it and try to boot into BIOS as well by following the steps above. Try it the same way!
Solution 3: Reset The Download Request From The Coordinator
To complete the basic steps of this solution, you will need a recovery DVD for the operating system you are using. This is usually the DVD from which you installed the operating system. However, Windows 10 users can manually create it if needed.
- Download someone’s Creation Tool software from the Microsoft websites. Open the downloaded MediaCreationTool.exe file to start the installation. Tap Accept to confirm the terms and set the terms for Microsoft.
- Select the “Create Installation Promotion” option (USB stick or DVD, ISO file) for another PC at a specific start On the home screen.
- The language, architecture and edition of the boot disk can be completely selected according to your computer settings, but you need to disable some of them. Use the recommended settings for that PC to fine-tune the settings that are right for the PC that is actually getting the error (assuming most people create this on a different PC, of course).
- Click “Next” and then select “USB Drive” or “DVD Drive” when prompted to choose between USB or DVD depending on the device you want to save this image to.
